So far I've had mostly positive experiences with USPS.
I've mailed fabric in manila envelopes with no hassle, and so far they've reached their destinations.
(I do put the fabric in a plastic bag with a card with From and To in the bag before putting it in the manila envelope - Just in case.)
Have any of you had issues using manila envelopes to mail fabric?
