My great niece is a little doll who is learning to sew. She is 8 years old. I was at my sister's on a recent visit and Madison was there. Sis was giving me some of her stash, stuff she was either tired of or didn't think she'd ever use. Maddie grabbed one piece, wanting to keep it, even though she didn't know what she wanted to do with it. I told her it might make a cute pillowcase, and she decided that's what she wanted. We didn't have time to make it during my visit, but I decided to make one to send to her. It needs to be washed before sending, but here it is.
