Did something similar... fell on right arm... no x-ray because of no ins. a YEAR later, I went to the chiropractor and he said I had jammed my finger as well as my elbow... put them back in place and have had little problem... finger still locks and is painful but he did say because of waiting so long, arthritis had set in :(
