I spent my life around the military and at the hospital that i work at we use it and this is the easiest way that I have found.

Well , here I would have to add 3 hrs... there is 3 hrs difference between Pacific time to Eastern Standard time. :) I suppose I can do that and then figure military time after doing that! lol ;)
