Our quilt guild regularly donates quilts of various sizes to hospitals, women's shelters, a camp for special needs kids and others. Here are a couple I've been working on. The pinwheel one is a wheelchair lap quilt I made from fabric that was donated (WC quilts are smaller than most lap quilts so they won't tangle in wheels). When I turned that in, the committee chair handed me the top, batting and backing for the other one. I don't even know who pieced it, but love her choice of fabrics. I am just learning FMQ, and have a long way to go, but I had fun with them.
