I do too! Didn't slip on floor wax, but was playing paintball, dropped and rolled just wrong and now have persistent pinching in my neck that makes my arm hurt and my hand go numb without warning - justlikethat. My dr is also a licensed chiropracter (God love'im!) so I get worked on about once a month, and was prescribed a neck and shoulders massage once a month. It helps tremendously. Mass doses of ibuprofen in between as needed.
