Thanks for suggestion have checked out pattern and it is really nice, I have already started the quilt for my brother, hoped to have it finished by now but I always over estimate my speed (and skills).

I think I will save the crayon box pattern as one I would like to do (will add it to the list along with countless others).

Hope to finish quilt by Wed 1st of June as that is when I will be seeing my brother again. I will post pictures and once again thanks for all the suggestions.
