I have a similar problem as yours.Mine though is due to over-use from my job (I work in a shoe manufacturing job).I had a specailist tell me that the tendon sheath that runs to the finger has calcium build up in it. I ahd ultra sound treatments at P.T.and it helped alot. Need to do this again because this was a few years ago,but I would look into it

It pains me to just open and close my hand, aches all the time. I can not pick up anything with any weight because of the pain, sometimes not even my drink. I am right handed so this is slowing down my sewing. Anyone have any ideas? I do have appt. with rheum. doc, but not till July.
