I did this same set of blocks. At the time I purchased a beautiful piece of fabric (sorry don't remember the name of the fabric) that had all of these colors swirled in it, mostly the green. I used it for sashing. It really tied these hideous blocks together. Sorry to say that the top is still waiting to be quilted. I used the same sashing fabric for backing -- cost a small fortune.
