My husband said "So you had to stop sewing?" ( Obviously he's new here!) " No. I just changed the needle and kept going!" Just thought I'd share.
I did that once, I was about 7 years old. Learned never to do that again. Haven't. It's been 60 years, but I still remember. In those days you just pulled the needle out and put on a bandaid.
