try a q-tip dipped in a little liquid cooking oil and rub on tip before using and when finished dip a pin or tooth pick or whatever you can find to fit in tip in oil and put in end of tip,works for me and remember very little oil i use this trick for any bottle or jar lid that sticks or clogs
