Ok, I just called my DSIL - he works in printing. I asked how he gets the ink off as he never has any signs of ink on his hands. This is what he said:
10 parts water/ 1 part bleach - he sprays it on and lets it sit for a minute then uses good soap and a good moisture lotion. I always wondered why he wanted silicone glove from Avon LOL
