Heavens to Betsy it sure did!!!! I have not been in the 300s in decades. I cannot wait to weigh in again on Monday that way I know what my weight will be at my weigh in with the surgeon on Wednesday.
I honestly do not think I will stop being nervous until I step on the surgeon's scale. Then I will truly and always be able to say "I did it."
Maybe I am just nervous about failing...maybe I am nervous because of whatever reason...I just want to get to Sioux Falls so I can weigh in at the surgeon's office. I will probably be shaking like crazy. Oh well... it will work out.
