The description indicates it is made from a "single template" which sounds like there is no ruler that is used to cut. Perhaps there is instruction for making a template. I read a lot about folks who have taken a design to a place like Lowe's and having templates cut.
In the small town where we live, we have a shop that cuts glass, auto, picture, about anything you need. When I get a pattern that has odd shaped templates, I take the pattern to the glass shop and they make me a 1/8" plexiglass template, very reasonably priced and much easier than working with the thin plastic templates.
