I think I am correct in saying that scrapple is made when hogs are butchered. It is pork broth and all the bits of meat that is cooked off the bones,then cornmeal is added until it is thickened. Then it sets up and you slice it and fry it! I would call it panhaus and I don't care a lot for it,but know people who do.
