I'm still having the internet blues. We had a fire in our town, took down cable and internet for over 24 hours, (not consecutively).
Nobody hurt, just a bunch of miffed people.
Today: What am I doing to reach my goal? How am I sabotaging myself?
My answer, I need to get up out of this chair!

What am I doing to sabotage my weight loss progress? Hmmm...I think there are times when the craving for something is so great an even though I do not give in to that craving, I spend some time thinking about how good something would taste and all that. I think that possibly can set me up for a gain because it pushes me toward binging. That is something I have not done in ages but something I need to make sure stays in check. Does that make sense? I also think that by acknowledging what is going on in my head, as it relates to food, is a great thing because it kind of deflates the power it has in my life.
