There is a new Chuy's (mexican food)on southside just off interstate, haven't been there as yet, but may have a secluded meeting area.
Also, a slight difference there is TCV Winery
http://www.wacowinery.com/ on hwy 6 just southeast of Waco, Inga, owner is a quilter, they have a 2nd building that you could possibly meet in, but would have to bring food or have catered!
I won't be able to eat, but will still try & drop in for a visit!
