I haven't seen anyone post this but I set my sewing on my adjustable ironing board. I can let it down and I use a computer desk chair that is also adjustable. I sew for hours, and can do the pressing as I set there as well Don't know if this will help anyone but it works for me. I also have a back pillow that I bought over 3o years ago. Don't know how it's lasted all these years, but I sure have gotten my $20.00 worth of use. I also use it when I'm sitting in my recliner too.
