You make the diamonds whatever size you want.
The method is the exact same as if it were squares.
You can do curves or insets or any other shape you want.
The only difference for curved QAYG would the sashing would have to be cut on the bias.
What design do you want on the diamonds?
Are the block tops already made?
Or do you want to use the flip and sew method?
But once the blocks (top/batting/backing) they go together exactly as QAYG square blocks would.
