I made this for a coworker who is expecting a girl in July. I didn't have a pattern. It's 6" blocks with 4" circles. I didn't get a very good closeup of the quilting, but it's just loopy swirls in the background and I stitched around the circles to make them pop out. The back was pieced with leftovers from the front.
