I am a good typist, but I find that the keyboard on the laptop is different than the desk top. I seem to make typing errors on the laptop that I don't on the desktop. I agree with you. I prefer a desk top...currently have two in the "office" (spare bedroom which has been taken over by Mr. Clutter) which are both non-functioning, so I'm stuck with this lap top. Keybaord is different.
