Saw one last week at Goodwill - an old Singer treadle - for $300.00. The one you're looking at is much prettier, the cabinet is way nicer than the one Goodwill is trying to sell. So by comparison, the one you posted, for the money, looks like a decent deal, maybe I'd try to talk her down though...
