I haven't had any problems with the blades. Sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied.
They will accept the unopened blades back at Harbor Freight. Or offer them to someone on the board that doesn't live near a Harbor Freight.
This happened to me also... and I put another blade in and it was perfect. I will continue to use them because the price is fantastic compared to regular blades and there is no difference except quite a difference in savings.
