Besides, after just watching the nightly news & what the WHOLE population of Joplin MO is going thru - it seems a little insignificant what is proper or not proper terminology to describe a THING.

In N. Texas and Southern Oklahoma we have been under storm watches and tornado warnings so often that it is almost routine. We are wondering now whether sometime this summer--provided we survive--we should build a tornado shelter. I have an inside closet, but if a tornado like the one that hit Joplin hit my house, that closet would be useless. The weather forecast for tomorrow is that the threat will be the worst we have had.
People who don't believe in climate change, look around.
