Your quilt is beautiful, I had the same thing happen to me except that I had just finished piecing the top and it was a baby size quilt and I asked my husband if everything looked right and he said, do you want the truth and I said yes, and he pointed out that the squares surrounding the center, one had the points going in the wrong direction! Glad I asked him before I quilted it!!! Yours is hardly noticiable unless you say something. So......don't.
