Today, for our community outing we walked over to Santa Monica Place. You will never guess what I saw there - 3 huge glass fronts of vintage sewing machines! Half way between Bloomingdales and Norstrams on the left hand side is a hip clothing store but they have all these amazing sewing machines in the windows. Next time we go there I will try and remember my camera and take a picture of Singers, Jones, and other names I didn't recognize. Of course, none are for sale!
