A quilt with other fabrics with it would be lovely, though you do need to think whether the buyers will pay what it's worth? At our Church sales, it'd be well received, though would not sell, as people don't come to spend the higher $$'s!
That being said, what about one block for the centre of a lap quilt, and then other fabrics finishing out the balance of the quilt? Or centred in the backing, with the front being a quilt design.
The wall hanging ... four together vertically, would make for one large wall to cover. Most don't have that high of a space to use it.
I'd think more towards smaller ... to maximize your sales $$s! .... pillows, table runners/toppers, totes (one panel on front, and something else for the back, so you can get four), etc.
And perhaps you might want to consider .... part or all of it into hanging or table topper for placement in the Church.
