What are you cutting? Scraps, fat quarters, yardage, or a mixture? Do you already have the (whatever) fabric in house?
With this many squares, it may be beneficial to either buy precut or have them cut for you using one of the die-cut machines. Keepsakequilting has precut shapes. May be your local quilt/fabric store has the accucutter and cuts for a fee.
Otherwise, I'd suggest using Rhonda's rotary-cutting directions. You may want to break the cutting into multiple sessions so your hand won't get tired and your eyes won't go wonky.
