got my 30"x60" cutting mat that fits my table- at Joannes with a 40% coupon! i love it!
also there are these (blocks that connect) cutting boards- my hubby bought me 2 packs of them a couple years ago- you can snap them together to 'create' the size you want- and they are easy to take with you- they are each a 12" square and come in a great plastic carrying case which i re-use to carry embroidery blocks i am working on.
