I can't say I have a potty mouth, but I do get disappointed with myself when things don't line up - which I have to say is every patchwork quilt I have ever done. Even though I use a 1/4" seam foot and make sure my cuts are right I still have problems. Slowing down helps me the most. I use to be a hurry hurry get it done type person, but now I am slower, partly do to age, and it does help. Putting some relaxing music on also has helped me calm down with my speed. I can adjust the speed on my machine now and I use to change the setting so I couldn't go real fast.
