Figured you just measured the mug but wasn't sure about the loops on the outside. Are they tapered? Closed at the bottom? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
I have purchased one, I think for 2.99 it is a better deal than making one considering how fiddly it will be with all the edging and those little pockets.
