I have both a lemon and a lime tree, we make tons and tons (ok gallons and gallons) of Lemonaid. We throw away tons of limes every year.
use ice trays to make cubes out of juice when frozen put in a plastic bag that way you don't throw them away and have it on hand for lemon/ lime aide or for cooking
