I was in Liberty of London in 1999, I think it was- what a beautiful place! I bought some fabric then and it was 20 pounds per meter back then. I am really glad I got it then, it is extremely nice fabric, but I still have it and can't stand to cut it up! I will someday when I find the proper project.
