I am a teacher and am very sad that the school fought you in getting help for your son. At our preschool we usually are trying to get the parents help in getting their children evaluated so they can get the help they need. I am glad that it has worked out for you. I will be starting a bargello this summer and yours has been a great inspiration. Will love to see it finished.
