This is for all who have travel in the far east and can identify. Chinese toilets are nothing like our comfortable 'western' ones. If you are lucky there are porceline foot pads and a porceline bowl. If your not so lucky you get to straddle the trench, or hole. If your in the bigger cities you get to have 'western' toilets. I remember once in Beijing we were eating in the hotel restuarant. Before sitting down to dinner I want to wash my hands. Well, as long as I'm there let's use the potty. Now the toilet paper is hanging right inside the door, not inside the doorless stalls. I remembered it this time! And oh, what luck, this is truly a four star hotel, they have western toilets! What luck! So there I am in the 'stance' staring at myself in the mirror over the sinks when someone open the door to enter the restroom. I looked into the mirror and with the door open I could see the entrance to the hotel!
