Mine are for USING .... but there are those who don't think I cherish mine quite enough if I use them for a picnic on the lawn with the grands ..... especially when they see they ARE hand-quilted. Oh, MY!

HAHA! Im sure they would lol! Never fear I have a huge blanket that would be going underneath it (though i always "double blanket" when im sitting on the ground) :D Besides for me when i see a quilt being used it just makes me smile and go start up a conversation. To me it means they are loved and admired. Heck my hand sewn and quilted one keeps my DH toes warm at night since I aparently steal the covers. >.>
