Gosh! I was in tears by the time I finished reading your story! It's amazing that our children are given up on by the very institution that claims they have the best in mind for our kids. "Way to go" in finding out the answers for your son and finding someone to help you. I think it would depress me too, and you were very wise to take care of yourself so that you can be there for your family now.
