There are no quilt shops in Gainesville any more. The only local ones are the Suwannee Valley Quilt Shoppe (
http://www.suwanneeshops.com/quiltshoppe.html) in Trenton which is about 30 minutes from Gainesville out West Newberry Road/SR 26 or Button and Bows in Alachua (
http://www.buttonsandbowsquiltshop.com/) which is about 20 minutes north of Gainesville.
Beginning this weekend, Buttons and Bows will be closed on Mondays. Their website doesn't reflect the change yet.
