she will take off any excess from the 10.50. She submits a reciept along with the fabric, and any excess you have paid will either be credited back to your credit card, or debit card.
I purchased 4 yds, paid the 10.50, when I got my fabric it cost me 4.75. I used my debit card and it was credited back
