:shock: Sounds like I am not alone - that is for sure!
I have tried rasing the back of my machine. think I titled it a bot too much. But that seems like a good idea...will adjust the height.
Sitting far back in my rollaround chair - with bacside of me pressing against the back of the chair. FEELS GREAT. Funniest part is getting into that position using a ROLLING CHAIR ...no brakes...dang!
Taking many more breaks, esp. when I feel the tension building.
Also laying on the floor with feet rasied helps at the endof the day wonderfully.
Now to see what the other ideas do also. The rice-on-tummy is my next try.
