Pretty machine...I'd make them an offer...ask about attachments, extra bobbins or shuttles, motor, etc.
It doesn't necessarily need a cabinet to work, it depends on whether or not it's in a case...
I agree, if it was the whole machine in the picture you could tell what machine it is. I think it is a shuttle bobbin machine....
As long as it comes with the knee lever and the top of case and key....I would make an offer...she is very pretty.
