estheblair--I had a pattern for Flowers in my Cabin. I copied it from a book of patterns and didn't get the designer's name, although I think it migt have been a Pat Bono. Any way, the trick is that color "cubes" are put in the upper left hand corner of about half the blocks. That is what makes the smaller design in the middle of the circular quilting.
