They explain how men can shut off but womens brains are always thinking so this is a true statement
"Men Are Like Waffles, Women Are Like Spaghetti". Men have boxes in their brains and compartmentalize everything. They can just move to a box with nothing in it and fall asleep. Women's brains are like spaghetti. Everything is connected to everything else, so it is much more difficult for us to rest out brains.
