I don't think they would be reproductions. My grandmother died 11 or 12 years ago. She is the only one in the family that quilted other than me. My mother didn't sew much and my eldest sister sews mainly clothes.
I posted somewhere else some pictures of 80 Grandmother's Fan blocks that my grandmother told me HER mother made. I plan on putting them together into a top. They aren't perfect and I'm sure I'd have a heck of a time trying to put the curved background piece onto them so, I've started turning the edges of the curved fan under 1/4" and basting so that I can applique them onto squares. In the bag with the blocks were the pattern pieces cut out of newspaper with a date in 1936 on them.
