Our "obsession" is not as much a problem as it is a gift. As I see it, the creative process keeps my mind active; the obsession keeps me out of trouble -- no time for gossiping on the phone or over the back fence; a legitimate "reason" for not getting to the house cleaning. And I'm sure many other reasons.
