I know I used to get fits from my machine if I used the Sidewinder to wind the bobbins. Don't use it anymore....kinda learned after a few bobbins swaps. Wound them with the machine and they were fine.
I don't mess with the tension either. Very rarely do I move numbers or anything on my machine. Once I have everything where I need it to be, it stays.
