:shock: Really?? Pulling oil through the tension discs? Sounds like oil stains would wind up on the thread and quilt, along with messed up tension because it got too slippery in there. I could easily be wrong...
I use a Swiffer Sweeper refill sheet and glide it between the discs.
I also would never use "oil" ....howeve; dollar bills have natural human oil just from our hands, no worries.
