Thank you everyone. The person said it was negotiable pricing. When I talked to him on the phone he said that his wife was a horder. She kept it in 18 gallon totes in the house and porch and organized/labeled. I might see if he would let us buy one truck load for $ 250, and NOT all three lol. I'll let you know what happens.
We have a local lady who is a hoarder. She has sells periodically to help pay off the rental on her storage units. She's in treatment for her condition. A couple years ago she had 6 large storage units, plus whatever is in her house. She said it was packed also.
