Rather than use the floor you need to make yourself a Design wall. I made mine myself. 1-1/2 Foam insulation from Home depot. Spray glued white flannel on front. Of course extremely light weight, free standing, easy to move. I cut mine in half and then taped the back so it folds even smaller.
Why did you put flannel on it? And what kind of spray glue do you use when sandwiching your quilts together on it? I had my dh make me one but we did not flannel it and we don't know what kind of spray glue to use that wont hurt the insulation...
