I think we do lose inches sometimes,and not so many pounds.I know I do.I did medifast once when it first came out and all lost more weight than me,but I lost more inches than them,so really I was ahead thinner wise.Which is what we're after,all of us.And the cereal is a good idea.See,that's why we like this board.
